Customer Service Representatives interact with customers via inbound calls for the purpose of assisting them with their current account, as well as, uncovering opportunities to promote and cross sell other products and services.

Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and comply with the requirements
WHY THIS POSITION
High School Diploma
3 months-1 year of customer service experience. Banking, processing, mortgage, and/or loan experience preferred.
Ability to learn new products and systems
Have intermediate typing skills
Ability to work in a professional, fast-paced environment
Have a clear criminal background and be able to pass a drug screen
Ability to manage multiple computer programs, actively listen, converse with customers while typing and updating accounts
Ability to learn on the fly, listen and apply problem solving skills
Have a team oriented mindset while building productive relationships
Ability to interact with all types of customers and provide the best resolutions
