    Minimum Qualifications:

     

    • Combination of High School diploma and experience
    • Demonstrated ability to perform tasks with high attention to detail
    • Ability to type 10,000 keystrokes per hour (100% accuracy)
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows platforms
    • Proficiency with MS Office 2007/2010
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
    • Excellent work ethic and dedication
    • Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of the position.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to interact within all levels of the organization

    This position adds or modifies Time & Attendance information (Maintain time-cards, schedules, security group, import Time & attendance at end of pay period as well as move cycle forward).

     

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: 

    • Adds or modifies Time & Attendance information (Maintain timecards, schedules, security group, import Time & attendance at end of pay period as well as move cycle forward).
    • Responsible for reporting as follows:
    • Agent active work gap report
    • Assign new hire ADP numbers report, NLE/new hire report
    • Client Project hours
    • Comp Time, Overtime, Projection and Dock time report
    • Corporate exceptions
    • Daily Agent Hours
    • Section Count Changes
    • Timecard exceptions
    • Weekly accrual deductions
    • Wells Fargo Timecards report
    • Maintenance of ADP portal
    • Process all NLE paperwork
    • Responsible processing status change forms and adding to weekly tracker
    • Data entry such as new hires, vacation verification, vacation/time off for management, payroll audits, direct deposit.
    • Serve as an acting backup to maintain bonus rater, following strict monthly schedule to make sure bonuses are calculated and uploaded into ADP for 25th payroll
    • Serve as an acting backup to create journal entry after payroll processing
    • Accurately track PTO and Vacation Hours
    • Verify all information contained in the personnel files.
    • Verification of employment.
    • Garnishment verification and submittal to ADP.
    • Social Security and Public Assistance earnings verification.
    • Assist employees and management with payroll inquiries.
    • New hire payroll importing and activations
