    Minimum qualifications:

    • Minimum of 4 years of human resource experience
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Professional certification preferred
    • Knowledgeable and experienced with the various Federal, State and Local labor laws such as Family Medical Leave Act, Americans With Disabilities Act, Workers Compensation, Unemployment, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, FLSA
    • Familiar with ADP
    • Excellent communication skill
    • Approachable and outgoing
    • Professional
    • Collaboration skills
    • Office environment
    • Must observe details
    • Some travel
    • Minor lifting, bending and kneeling
    • Good attendance

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

    • Ensure the workplace is free of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation by investigating any complaints/concerns in accordance with company policy and any relevant laws in a timely manner
    • File unemployment claims, provide Company representation in unemployment hearing, process leave requests, process disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy and filing Worker's Compensation claims in compliance with all Federal, State and Local labor laws, such as the Family Medical Leave Act and Americans With Disabilities Act
    • Establish Employee Relations
    • Provide value to the business partnership through proactive measures
    • Preventescalations through observations, reporting and actionable items
    • Provide a safe harbor by communicating with sensitivity and confidentiality
    • Collaborate with Leadership to identify opportunities for improvement.
