    • Minimum Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in IT related field or five years of experience in desktop support.
      • Hold one or more of these certifications: A+, Sec+, ITIL, MTA, MCSA, MCSE
      • Enterprise desktop management leveraging PowerShell, PsTools, WSUS, MDT, WDS, etc.
      • Proven experience in servicing desktops, laptops, phones, printers and mobile devices
      • Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10 and Citrix end user support.
      • Strong customer service, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
      • Excellent communication skills.

      This role is ideal for a customer service focused, motivated, detailed oriented, eager to learn Information Technology professional. This position requires in depth knowledge of Windows 10 and associated applications.

       

      As member of the Desktop Support Group, this position is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of end user desktops, laptops and network devices, as well as compliance, and auditing.

       

      Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

      • Monitor, update and resolve open Desktop Support tickets
      • Create/ modify answer files and images, deploy images using WDS.
      • Deploy updates to desktops using Microsoft WSUS
      • Responsible for the implementation/configuration/testing/deployment of desktop hardware, peripherals and software
      • Evaluate existing user computer systems and perform upgrades based on user needs.
      • Enterprise asset inventory management
      • Write and follow procedures and SOPs
      • Training end users as needed
      • Additional duties as assigned
