    Minimum Qualifications:

     

    • Must be fluent in English both verbal and written
    • Clear and understandable phone voice
    • Ability to follows directions well 

    • Active listening skills 

    • No experience required however, must be comfortable navigating between multiple computer screens and systems 
    • Must be able to pass a criminal background check

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Conduct phone surveys via CATI (Computer-aided-telephonic-interviewing) system
    • Follow standardized processes and procedures for executing the survey interview and capturing clear and accurate data
    • Explain survey objectives and procedures to survey respondent, and interpret survey questions to help survey respondent's comprehension
    • Accurate capture of open-ended commentary
